The items are handmade and are not designed to be played with. They are ornamental keepsakes, not toys. Please be aware that continuing with the order means you have agreed this.

Yes, you can purchase gift vouchers which can be sent by post or by email.

The usual turn around time is around 4 weeks from receipt of the clothing. This can vary depending on the time of the year however, so it’s best to check at the time of ordering.

If there is an amount of fabric that can be used towards another item, I will return it with the completed order.


The postage method is Royal Mail Signed For.
Single small bear/elephant/cushion £5
2x small bears/elephants £7
Single large bear or 2 x Large bears £10
3 x small bears/elephants or 3x cushions £10
More than 4 small bears/elephants or more than 2 large bears £15
For larger orders, please contact me for a postage price

Yes, I can put writing on for you using an embroidery machine. The fabric type needs to be suitable so if it’s a thicker fabric such as a dressing gown it may not be an option. You can contact me before ordering to check.
Names, dates, messages, song lyrics and verses are all popular choices. The price for up to 7 words is £5 and for 8-20 words it’s £10.

I only use what you send me to make the items, I don’t have a supply of fabric to add to the items. I work with almost any item of clothing but encourage you to contact me if you have a specific item you may be unsure about using.

Yes, I can place ashes inside an item for no extra charge. They need to be in a suitable container and will be placed inside the item where they are sealed inside.

If you live in Bridgend or are local enough to come to me, you don’t need to use postage. We can arrange an appointment for you to come to me with the clothing and then to collect the completed order. We can arrange this once you’ve made your order.

No, the bears and the elephants are not machine washable and if the need to wash them arises, hand wash only. The cushions that have removable covers (not sealed cushions) can be machine washed, as you are able to remove those from the cushion inner.
